A new version of Lieutenant Starbuck

Kara Thrace is the modern and feminine version of the famous Lieutenant Starbuck from the 70’s series. We find her outfit of more modern and sober inspiration composed of khaki pants and two tank tops worn one on the other. Like her male counterpart of the 70s, she is a cigar lover and is therefore represented with one of them in the right hand. At the level of the head, her face is quite simple but one recognizes well her blond hair cut in the square.

Starbuck, whose real name is Kara Thrace is one of the main characters of the science fiction series Battlestar Galactica. This series is a mix between a reboot and a sequel of the famous 70’s series of the same name. In this version, after hundreds of years of war, humans are finally at peace after the apparent disappearance of the Cylons, their long-time enemies. The warship Battlestar Galactica is about to be demilitarized but then the Cylons reappear and attack. Because of its obsolescence and its resistance to computer viruses, the Battlestar Galactica is the only one to resist. It will then embark the survivors in search of the famous thirteenth colony on Earth. Kara Thrace, nicknamed Starbuck, is the best Viper pilot, the little shoe boys attached to the Battlestar Galactica.
