They were originally created to be warriors, so they wear armor (since they can succumb to a wound) and we can see in their hands an impressive weapon that looks a bit like a hammer.

Super humans

Super mutants are characters from the famous post-apocalyptic video game Fallout. In this world, following the fallout of a nuclear war, humans are forced to live in bunkers. Super mutants are humans who have mutated following an infection by the Forced Evolutionary Virus. This makes them much stronger and resistant, immune to radiation and all diseases and they are therefore biologically immortal.
