Undersea Gal (L’Etrange No?l De Monsieur Jack)

A strange appearance

Undersea Gal is a kind of mermaid but with more fish elements than woman. She has the long scaled tail of a mermaid and an all green body. She also has human arms but webbed hands with sharp claws. At the level of the head, it seems almost that a fish has been put on its neck. She has small fins on each side and on the top of the head. Her eyes are yellow and she has a very large mouth with very fleshy lips.

The Swamp Creature

Undersea Gal is one of the many creatures living in the town of Halloween in Disney and Tim Burton’s famous stop motion cartoon, Mr. Jack’s Strange Christmas. In this town full of monsters and creatures, each one stranger than the other, everyone thinks of only one thing all year long, preparing the Halloween party under the direction of the famous Jack Skellington. Undersea Gal is an aquatic creature living in a swamp. We meet her several times in the movie and at the end, when the city celebrates Christmas, we see her making an ice sculpture on the lake being a mix of angel and fish.
