Harry Potter’s first enemy
Draco Malfoy is an important character of the literary and cinematographic saga Harry Potter. These famous novels for children tell the story of a young English boy, Harry Potter, who discovers on his eleventh birthday that he is a wizard. Draco is the son of Lucius Malfoy, heir to a wealthy wizarding family and one of Voldemort’s former supporters. Lord Voldemort was a powerful wizard who had started a war years earlier to “rid” the wizarding world of those who were not pure-blooded, that is, whose parents were not both wizards. It was this wizard who killed Harry’s parents a year before he was born. Although he is considered dead, the Malfoy’s continue to live by his principles and Draco is no exception. While his conflicts with Harry will be childish at first, he will become increasingly dangerous when Voldemort returns to the forefront.
