Spongebob squarepants is the hero of the cartoon of the same name with a completely offbeat and crazy spirit that makes him so popular with adults and children alike. He is a small anthropomorphic sponge living at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean. He lives in a pineapple and works at the Krusty Crab restaurant for a boss who is himself a crab and his best friend is Patrick, a starfish. SpongeBob’s character is always jovial and cheerful and ready to make jokes.
