The villain with the anorak

We find the clothes that the character wears during most of the series and on some promo photos: his gray pants and his blue anorak with a hood edged with white fur. As always he wears large opaque sunglasses that hide his eyes and he holds in his hand the weapon that allows him to freeze people or objects.

A chilling adversary

Captain Cold, whose real name is Leonard Snart, is an important character in the Flash TV series, the adaptation of the comic book of the same name. He is a criminal who stole an invention that can freeze anything it touches, which makes him a particularly dangerous adversary.
