Eeyore (Christopher Robin)

Always a little sad

In the film, Christopher’s animal friends are stuffed animals and this is how Funko represented Eeyore. He is sitting on his backside in a sad posture with his ears hanging down as we often see in the cartoon. His fur like old plush is very well reproduced. We find his lighter muzzle as well as the small tuft of black hair on the top of his head and at the end of his tail.

Back in the forest

Eeyore is one of the important characters of the movie Christopher Robin in which we find an adult version of the famous young boy of the adventures of Winnie the Pooh. Forced to grow up a little fast after being put in a boarding school, the death of his father and then the war, Christopher has completely forgotten his friends in the forest. Now married with a little girl, Christopher is unhappy with his time-consuming job, which gets worse when he is asked to fire many of the employees. This awakens Winnie and some of the animals in the forest who decide to go to London to find Christopher. The latter accompanies his friend in the forest and it is also the occasion to renew contact with Eeyore, Bourriquet in French, the little donkey always a little depressed.
