This figure is an exclusive version for Hot Topic stores. He wears a red leather suit close to the one of Rocket or Star Lord as we can see on the first images of the movie. The details of this suit are nicely represented and only his hands and feet are bare and protruding. His head is still elongated and with its little touches of green like moss at the ends. He has the usual big round eyes of the pop figures but also a mouth represented in an expression of shock or surprise. Finally, as we can see on some images of the film, he holds in his hands a large golden object in the shape of a leaf, the meaning of which is not yet known.

Baby Groot has grown up

Groot is one of the main characters of the Marvel Studios movies Guardians Of The Galaxy 1 and 2. In the first installment, several very different characters find themselves teaming up to save the galaxy when they realize that the object they coveted has fallen into the hands of the dangerous Ronan, who plans to use it to destroy an entire planet. Among them, there is StarLord, the treasure hunter, Groot, the humanoid tree associated with Rocket, the intelligent raccoon, both bounty hunters. But we also find Gamora, the adopted” daughter of the terrible Thanos who was waiting for this opportunity to escape and Drax who wants to take revenge on Ronan. At the end of the movie Groot sacrifices himself to save his friends but Rocket manages to save some branches to grow a new Groot. In the second movie, we find the whole group more united than ever ready to face new enemies and the little Groot has already grown up even if he is far from the size of the initial Groot.
