Shaggy (Scooby-Doo)

A human version of Scooby-Doo

Shaggy is a bit of a hippie or beatnik” of the gang and this is evident in his physical appearance. As in the series, Shaggy is represented with long pants and a green t-shirt a little too large. At the level of the head, on his face we can see his little beard and his eyebrows which always give him this silly and sleepy look. As in the series, his chestnut hair falls on his forehead and he has a big spike on the top of his head. Finally, in his hands, he holds a box of Scooby-Doo treats.

Shaggy the hippie

Shaggy (Sammy in French) is one of the main characters of the animated series Scooby-Doo. This cult American cartoon has been adapted many times and tells the adventures of a dog and four humans investigating mysterious phenomena as part of the Mysteries and Company team. These investigations of supernatural aspect always turn out to have a scientific explanation. Shaggy is Scooby-Doo’s best friend, he shares his greed and his fearful side but knows how to have courage when it is important. As the series was born in the late 60’s, Shaggy is the hippie of the gang with his unshaven look and long hair
