Ted Mosby (How I Met Your Mother)

A romantic gesture

Ted is portrayed here as we see him in the last episode of the first season when he comes to declare his love to Robin with the blue trombone they had joked about during their first date which had led to a friendship and not a romantic relationship. He wears an elegant black suit with a white shirt and a black tie with orange diamonds. His brown hair is styled soberly in the fashion of the time and he holds in his hand the famous blue paper clip that was displayed in the restaurant of their first date.

The narrator

Ted Mosby is the hero and narrator of the famous cult sitcom of the mid-2000s How I Met Your Mother. The show has the distinction of being narrated by an older version of Ted to his teenage children. He is supposed to tell them how he told their mother but of course, over the course of the nine seasons of the show, he will take many detours and tell many stories about himself and his group of friends from back in the day. Ted is an architect living in a roommate apartment with his college friends Lily and Marshall who get engaged at the beginning of the series. In the first episode, he meets Robin, a young journalist with whom he quickly falls in love before revealing to the children at the end of the episode that she is their Aunt Robin and not their mother.
