Rachel Green (Friends)

The Central Perk waitress

When Rachel leaves her soon-to-be rich husband at the beginning of the series, she has no choice but to look for a job. Not having really studied because she didn’t expect to have to work, Rachel finds herself a waitress at the Central Perk”, the tea room where the gang spends most of their time. It is thus in this outfit that she is represented here. As it is often the case at the beginning, she wears a very short skirt with a denim top and black boots. She also wears of course the famous little apron of Central Perk. In her hand, she also holds one of the big mugs of this coffee. But what is perhaps the most representative of the character is her haircut. Indeed, Jennifer Aniston, the interpreter of Rachel, has been the hair model of a whole generation. We find this famous gradient tapered very typical of the first two seasons of the series with this little blonde balayage. Funko has succeeded and this figurine will undoubtedly be in the collection of many fans.

Rich girl

Rachel Green is one of the main characters of the cult sitcom of the 90s and early 2000s, Friends. The principle of the series is quite simple, it tells the life of six New York friends from their 25 to their 35 years. Rachel arrives in the series from the first episode in a wedding dress while she has just fled her own marriage. She arrives at Central Perk, hoping to find Monica Geller, her high school friend who she hasn’t seen in a long time, their paths having diverged quite a bit since. Monica will then take her in and propose her to become her roommate. It is also Monica who will help the spoiled child that Rachel had become to come back in the real world and to find a job. Rachel will thus integrate the group of friends of Monica, Joey, Chandler and Phoebe. She will also become friends with Ross, Monica’s brother, who had always been in love with her in secret. During the 10 seasons of the series, they will get together, break up and then get back together again very briefly before separating again. They will even have a child together without being in couple to finish on a happy end during the last episode of the series. The relationship of these two characters remains a model for many sitcom couples since the 90’s.
