Zemo is represented here as we see him when the three men go to the island of Madripoor to track down the serum. He is wearing black pants with a purple sweater and a long black coat with a purple lining that is reminiscent of his character in the comics. He also wears matching purple gloves. On the head, he also wears a kind of purple hood that he wears at one point to hide his face.

Baron Zemo is a famous Marvel comic book villain and an important character in the Falcon and the Winter Soldier series. We first met him in Captain America Civil War. He was the one who caused the discord and the war between the Avengers. Indeed, his family died in Sokovia after the confrontation between Ultron and the Avengers and he held them responsible. In The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, Sam and Bucky investigate a group of revolutionaries who have obtained a super-soldier serum. And when their investigation stalls, they decide to go after Zemo who had been studying Hydra extensively to provoke war among the Avengers. They break him out of prison so that he can use his contacts at HYDRA to help them in their investigation.
