Buffy Summers (Buffy The Vampire Slayer)

The Slayer’s Prom

At the end of season one, Buffy has to go and fight the Master while she is getting ready to participate in the prom and that’s how Funko represented her for this new figurine of the Slayer. We find this long white dress with a high waist and an additional veil forming a kind of train worn with matching heels. With that, she also wears a short black leather jacket for a typical 90’s look and a big silver cross. In her hands, she holds a crossbow, which remains her weapon of choice after the simple wooden stake. At the head level, we find her blond hair tied in a ponytail with a few strands protruding on the front of the face.

The cult heroine of the 90s

Buffy Summers is a high school girl who looks like any other but is in fact the slayer, the last in a line of female warriors fighting demons, vampires and dark forces, in the series Buffy The Vampire Slayer. As each slayer’s powers are unlocked when the previous slayer dies, Buffy’s powers come as a surprise when her first vampire attacks her as a high school student in Los Angeles. The series starts a few months later when she and her mother move to the town of Sunnydale. Buffy thinks she is rid of these stories, but she doesn’t count on Giles, the high school librarian who is in fact her watcher, a member of a secret society whose goal is to help, train, observe and record the life of the slayer for millennia. She soon realizes that the Sunnydale vampires are under the orders of the master, one of the most powerful vampires who ever lived. Fortunately, she will be able to count on the help of Giles but also of her new friends Willow and Xander who will quickly discover her secret.
