For this ultimate version of Cinderella, Funko depicted her kneeling on the wooden floor of her room looking at the book in which she found a pattern for the dress she wants to wear to the prince’s ball. Here she is wearing her simple brown maid’s dress with the darker top, turquoise sleeves, a white apron and her simple brown ballerinas. She holds a brown book in her hands and we can see her red hair marked by the fashion of the 50s although the cartoon takes place in the 19th century. In front of her sit two mice dressed in little sweaters, hats and shoes, one of them being Gus whom she saved from the cat’s claws a short time before. Finally, behind her is a basket with several spools of yarn and balls of wool of different colors.

The animal friend

Cinderella is the heroine of the Disney cartoon Cinderella, inspired by the famous tale retranscribed by Perrault and the Grimm brothers. Cinderella is the charming and sweet little girl of a widowed gentleman who decided one day to remarry a woman with two daughters. At first, the daughters are kind to Cinderella, but after the death of Cinderella’s father, they change completely. Cinderella is relegated to being a servant in her own house and must now sleep in a dark attic. But despite this, Cinderella remains positive and smiling and enjoys her life with the animals in the big house, especially the mice and birds with whom she talks a lot. One day, the prince throws a party where he invites all the young unmarried women in the kingdom in hopes of meeting his future wife. Cinderella’s stepmother tries to stop her from going, but luckily her animal friends are there and her fairy godmother comes to her rescue. Cinderella goes to the party, meets the prince and dances with him and they fall in love. Cinderella has to get home before midnight before she gives him her name, but luckily, he’ll find a way to find her.
