D.Va with Meka (Overwatch)

A colorful warrior

Funko logically decided to make this figure a 15 cm super-sized instead of the usual 10 cm. The Meka measures 15 cm and the character of D.Va is about 4.5 cm like the pocket pops and can be placed in the Meka as if she was ordering it. For the Meka, we find this pastel pink color and the elements that compose it are very finely represented. D.Va, as for her, wears well this very colorful tight-fitting pilot suit with a style very inspired by Korean video games. Despite her small size, she is particularly well detailed and this makes for a particularly successful set of figures.

A player turned soldier

D.Va is one of the heroines of the famous first-person shooter team game from Blizzard Studios, Overwatch. D.Va is a former Korean professional gamer who decided to use her skills to defend her country. Indeed, when the country started to be attacked by omniak monsters coming from the sea and destroying all the coastal cities, the authorities created drones in order to defend it. But the monstrosity always managed to defeat them. That’s when the government decided to put pilots at the controls of these machines and they called upon those who were best placed to command them, namely players like D.Va.
