The Champions Pack

This pack consists of three figures, the one of Buffy and Angel already released in the first wave of Buffy The Vampire Slayer figures and the chase version of Spike as a vampire. Buffy is wearing a short red skirt with a white tank top and black boots. We can recognize her long blonde hair from the beginning of the series as well as the stake she carries on her left hand. Angel wears a black suit slightly shiny with black shoes matched and a dark brown T-shirt. At the level of the head, we recognize well her brown hair styled in points as it was the fashion at the end of the 90s. Finally, Spike is represented with the outfit he wears in the first episodes where he appears. He wears blue jeans and big black boots with a pink shirt worn over a purple t-shirt but especially his famous long leather coat. Finally, at the level of the head, his features are partly deformed to show his appearance of vampire especially at the level of the forehead and his mouth revealing his fangs.

An infernal trio

Buffy is the central character of the famous series of the years Buffy The Vampire Slayer. She is a high school girl who seems normal but who is in fact the slayer”, the latest in a line of mystical chosen ones to fight the forces of evil and in particular the vampires and endowed for that purpose with a strength and an agility out of the ordinary. During the series, she will meet many vampires, some of them becoming particularly outstanding characters and regular characters of the series during several seasons. Angel is a mysterious character who comes to Buffy’s rescue several times at the beginning of the series until she realizes that he is in fact a vampire who was cursed and given back his soul for his misdeeds. Since then, he has been trying to redeem himself by fighting evil. Spike is one of Angel’s former “associates” who arrives in town in season 2 with Drusilla, whom Angel had driven insane before turning her into a vampire (and whom she later turns into Spike). At first an enemy of Buffy, he will find himself allied with her when Angel becomes evil again and wants to open hell on Earth. Spike is quite happy on Earth like that. Spike will be back again in season 4 to fight Buffy before finding himself again her ally in spite of himself and finally falling in love with her. Spike will stay until the end of the series and finally sacrifice himself to save the world.
