A magnificent creature

For this exclusive figurine, Funko has represented this magnificent bird in a flocked version, that is to say with a soft peach skin texture. His body is purple with a pink chest and a head resembling that of an owl but still in these different colors. The center of his face is pink and he has a kind of white mask around his eyes. Finally, on the top of his head, some kind of pink feathers are sticking out on the top.

A dangerous but gentle bird

The fwooper is one of the many animals that can be seen in Newt Scamander’s famous magic suitcase in the Fantastic Beasts movies, especially in The Crimes of Grindelwald. Indeed, Newt Scamander is an English wizard passionate about fantastic creatures who has started to write a guidebook listing all of them. So he walks around with his suitcase, which looks like an ordinary suitcase for muggles, when for wizards he can open it and go inside, which houses a whole world of creatures that Newt has collected to have as much space as they need until they can be released into their natural habitat. The fwooper is a bird of African origin whose cry can drive you crazy, which forces Newt to place a permanent silence charm when he has to take care of him.
