A persuasive character

For this exclusive version of the character, Funko depicted Marty in the outfit he wears to impersonate an alien (Darth Vader from the planet Vulcan) to convince his sci-fi-loving father that he should ask his mother to go to the ball with him. Marty wears the yellow anti-radiation suit that was left in the car and that completely hides his face as well as his small white Adidas sneakers. At his waist, we can also see the walkman that he uses to put very loud heavy metal music in his father’s ears and a hair dryer that he holds like a weapon. Finally, with his right hand, he makes the sign of the Vulcans.

A funny family reunion

Marty McFly is the younger of the two heroes of the science fiction films Back to the Future. At the beginning of the movie, Doc, the eccentric but genius scientist of the city asks his young friend Marty McFly to join him to film his new scientific experiment. Doc has built a time machine and as the two men celebrate the first successful experiment, terrorists from whom Doc has stolen plutonium, show up and kill him. Marty escapes in the car/time machine. Reaching the speed that triggers the machine, Marty finds himself propelled back to 1955 with no way to power the machine to return to his time. While trying to find the Doc from 1955 to ask for his help, he runs into his parents before they have met and changes events that could have dramatic consequences on his very existence. So before he heads back to his own time, Marty has to make sure his parents meet and fall in love at all costs.
