Perfect Cell (Dragon Ball Z)

A colorful character

As in the cartoon, we find this character with light skin slightly bluish as well as this green suit with blue patterns and a long black cape. At the level of the head, we find this famous helmet with pointed ears matched with his suit. His face, when it is also very pale and we find purple patterns reminding that of Frieza.
