Santa Claus is represented here as we see him in Tim Burton’s cartoon. He wears a long red robe with a white fur trim and a black belt. On the head, he has a big round nose and a long white pointed beard and white eyebrows. He also wears a red cap with a pompom. Finally, he holds in his hand a list on which are the names of the good children and in the other he holds a fountain pen with a golden nib.

Santa Claus

Sandy Claws is the way the characters of Halloween town call Santa Claus in the stop motion cartoon Mr. Jack’s Strange Christmas. Indeed, when Jack Skellington, the master of festivities, doesn’t feel like celebrating Halloween, he goes for a walk in the forest and discovers by chance the Christmas town where everyone seems to be happy. He then decides to organize Christmas by taking the role of Santa Claus. But he mishears his name and calls him Sandy Claws (instead of Santa Claus) or le Perce-Oreilles instead of P?re No?l in French.
