The vigilante in red

Speedy’s costume is actually quite close to Oliver’s in its structure except that it is of course in shades of red and black instead of green. At the head level, she wears a mask over her eyes and a large hood to keep her identity secret. In her hands, she holds a crossbow, her weapon of choice.

A new heroine

Speedy is one of the important characters of the DC Arrow series. We know her at the beginning under the name of Thea Queen, Oliver’s sister, who is actually his half-sister since we will learn later that her mother had an affair with Malcolm Merlyn. In season four, after her ex-boyfriend Roy decides to leave town and leaves her vigilante costume, she gets it back and joins Team Arrow under the name of Speedy.
