The Prince of Asgard

Thor is the hero of the Thor movies and one of the original members of the Avengers in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Thor is the son of Odin and prince of the planet Asgard, an alien planet with a particularly advanced technology and society that inspired the Norse myths on Earth. At the beginning of the story, he and his warriors fight the ice giants against his father’s advice, provoking a new war between these peoples. Odin banishes him to Earth without power and without a hammer until he grows up. Loki, his jealous brother, sees the opportunity to take the power that he thinks should be his by right. As the story unfolds, Thor will indeed mature and earn his power again. And as in the legends, he will be sometimes enemy, sometimes ally with his brother. During his story, Thor will share between the Earth with the Avengers and Jane Porter, his girlfriend from Earth, and Asgard that he will have to protect from many enemies. At the end of Thor Ragnarok, Asgard is destroyed by Ragnaros and Thor takes his people on a spaceship to Earth, which he will not reach because they will be attacked by Thanos before arriving there at the beginning of Avengers Infinity War.
