Dani with Binx (Hocus Pocus)

An adorable duo

Dani is one of the main characters in the movie Hocus Pocus. She, her brother Max and her parents have just moved to Salem from Los Angeles, which her older brother is not too happy about. To add to this, he is tasked with taking his little sister Dani trick or treating for Halloween instead of spending the evening with the pretty Allison. Allison then takes them to the Sanderson sisters’ house, now a museum. The Sanderson sisters were witches who were burned at the stake for kidnapping and killing several children exactly 300 years earlier. Not taking the story seriously, Max lights one of the sisters’ black candles and brings them back to life. The sisters are immediately interested in young Dani, whose youth and energy they want to steal to stay alive. Fortunately, Max and Allison, with the help of a talking black cat, manage to escape, but this is only the beginning of the night as the sisters are determined to find other children to perform their ritual. The black cat, Binx, is none other than the older brother of the last little girl kidnapped and killed by the sisters, whom they have turned into a cat to punish him, and he will not rest until the sisters are dead for good.
