Winifred Sanderson on Broom (Hocus Pocus)

An unforgettable physique

Winifred Sanderson is represented here flying on her broom with the help of a transparent plastic base which gives the illusion well. She is wearing a typical 17th century dress that may be very colorful. This one has an apparent purple lining and the top layer is made of two shades of green with embroidery and gold lacing on the front. She wears, like her sisters, a long green cape with a hood pulled down over her head. She has one hand extended forward and the other on her broom. Finally, at the head level, we find her orange hair brought back in a voluminous bun on the head and we find her mouth painted in red with very prominent front teeth.

The head witch

Winifred Sanderson is the oldest and head of the famous Sanderson sisters, the three witches in the movie Hocus Pocus. In 1692, she and her sisters kidnapped a little girl in order to take her energy to regain their youth. Burned at the stake by the villagers, the three sisters had not said their last word since Winifred had predicted that a young virgin would light her black candle and bring them back to life one Halloween night. And indeed, 300 years later, a young teenager from Los Angeles who doesn’t believe in these superstitions, lights the candle to prove that it’s all false and brings the sisters back to life. But the sisters only have until sunrise to complete their ritual with the help of another child or they will return to dust. Winifred is the leader of the three sisters, the one who knows the spells and ingredients best and therefore gives orders to the other two. She has a tendency to get angry very quickly and has very little patience with her two sisters who are not the most intelligent.
