Goose (Captain Marvel)

An adorable hero

Goose had already made himself popular in the movie trailer and his popularity was only confirmed by the movie. So it made sense for Funko to add him to its collection of pop figures. He is represented sitting on his side in a very wise way and his red tabby fur is very nicely represented. His tail is slightly raised and, around his neck, he wears the famous little medal with his name. At the head level, we find his small pink muzzle, his pointed ears and his fur provided at the level of the cheeks.

An Unexpected Hero

Goose is the unexpected hero of the Captain Marvel movie telling the origin story of the superheroine of the same name, also known as Carole Denvers. Vers lives on an alien planet of Kree origin and has no memory of her past beyond six years ago, despite recurring dreams and images of people and Earth sent to her through the planet’s artificial intelligence. On a mission to Earth where her ship is about to crash, Vers takes the opportunity to try and piece together the threads of this mysterious past alongside young Nick Fury, while trying to figure out what the Skrulls were up to. While searching an abandoned military base, they come across a ginger cat, Goose, who is particularly friendly and decides to invite himself into their car as they continue their investigation. But it may not be a coincidence that the cat follows them and Goose may not be as ordinary as he seems.
