A horrified mayor

For this chase version of the character, the mayor is represented here with his second face. He is wearing his usual outfit, black and white striped pants with a gray jacket over his round body, and an orange mayor’s badge. In his right hand, he holds a scroll where the plans for the Halloween party are drawn. We can see pumpkins, black cats and a bat. Finally, he displays his second head, the one whose skin is white with two whites and whose mouth is open with a grin and sharp teeth. Finally, he wears his funny top hat on his pointed head.

A changing personality

The mayor is one of the characters of the famous stop motion animation The Nightmare Before Christmas imagined by Tim Burton for the Disney studios. As his name indicates, he is the mayor of the town of Halloween. His appearance is rather disturbing but he is a rather cheerful and sympathetic character who has the annoying habit of having his head turn 180? to reveal a second face when he is stressed. Although he is the mayor, he is not the most important character since he serves more as an assistant to Jack Skellington, the one who organizes the Halloween festivities.
