Terrance (South Park)

The Boy in the Red Sweater

Like all the other characters on the show were originally, Terrance was animated with pieces of cut paper and so his appearance is very simple. His legs are simple gray sticks with black squares for feet. He can be distinguished from Phillip by the fact that he wears a red sweater with a big T in the middle and his hair is black. Finally, like all the Canadian characters of the series, his mouth is animated, his whole head opens in two when he speaks as we can see on this figurine.

Canadian Heroes

Terrance is one of the heroes of the favorite television series of the four boys of the adult animated series South Park. This series features four third grade boys in a small, backwater Colorado town and often uses them to talk about the absurdity of the adult world, often giving them overly intelligent and mature reflections for their age. However, they are also fans of the Canadian series Terrance and Phillip, a series featuring a Canadian comedy duo whose only storyline is to find any excuse to fart and make scatological jokes. In addition to being watched by the four heroes on TV, the two friends also make a few appearances on the show and serve to parody all the worst reality shows found on American TV.
