An unexpected king

Although it’s not his stated desire to be in power, viewers have had plenty of opportunities to realize that Tyrion would probably make a good and fair king for his people. So Funko decided to represent him among the potential contenders to the throne. He is depicted sitting on the famous throne made of many swords melted together to give that dark and impressive look. Tyrion is wearing the elegant black outfit that matches Daenerys’ and proves that he doesn’t really consider himself a Lannister anymore. He holds a glass of red wine in his left hand and we can see the badge of Hand of the King” pinned on his chest. At the head, we find his brown/red hair matching the thick beard he has been wearing for the last two seasons.

A Lannister with power

Tyrion Lannister is one of the audience’s favorite Game Of Thrones characters whose journey has not been easy in the series. He is the younger brother of Queen Cersei Lannister but being a dwarf, he has always been hated by his father and sister and even by the people even though he is by far the fairest and most moral of his family. In season two, he becomes hand of the king for a while, replacing his father who is fighting Rob Stark. He will soon take back this role and give him a less important one before making him marry Sansa Stark. In season 4, Joffrey dies during his marriage to Margaery Tyrell and it is Tyrion who is accused. Sentenced to death by his own father, Tyrion will escape with the help of his brother Jaime and Varys and kill his father in the process. After an eventful journey, Tyrion finally finds himself in Meereen where he offers his services to Daenerys. In season 7, he’s back in Westeros by her side and he’s going to be an important element in pushing her to trust Jon and negotiate with Cersei.
