Ygritte is a wildling” living beyond the wall, having to endure a very cold climate and frequent snowfalls. In the series she wears thick layers of clothing, animal skins and fur. This is how she is represented on this figurine, respecting the shades of gray and brown that she wears most often. Ygritte excels at archery, it is with this weapon that she hunts and fights. It is therefore logical that she is represented with a bow and arrow. It is a weapon that is mostly practical, so it is very simple and we do not find the engravings or ornaments that would be on the weapon of a Westeros noble. What characterizes the character of Ygritte the most is her famous red hair “kissed by fire”. Although it is often described as flying freely in the wind, in the series it is often partially braided. This is how the creators of the figurine have represented her. Ygritte is described as not particularly beautiful but charming and this is exactly the impression given by this figure which is in my opinion one of the cutest of the series.

Jon Snow’s great love

Ygritte is a character from the novels A Song Of Ice And Fire” and the series “Game Of Thrones”. Ygritte appears in season 2 and takes her leave at the end of season 4. Although she is not a fundamental character in the course of events, she has a strong influence on one of the main and important characters of the series: Jon Snow. She will be important in the construction of his character and his character. Ygritte is a young woman of the free people living beyond the wall. She meets Jon Snow during his first mission. Jon is ordered to kill her so that she cannot warn her people of the presence of the guard but he cannot bring himself to do so and lets her escape. Later, Jon Snow is taken prisoner by Ygritte’s people and his mission is to pretend to want to desert in order to learn as much as possible about their plans. Although he keeps his mission in mind, Jon cannot help but fall for Ygritte’s charm and they have a brief romance. However, when Jon gets the chance, he is forced to abandon her and returns to Castle Black to warn of the imminent arrival of the “Savages”. Ygritte is a free and fiercely independent young woman who will be torn between her love for Jon and her desire for revenge. Ygritte will finally be killed during the attack on Castle Black and will die in Jon’s arms.
