Ramsay Bolton (Game Of Thrones)

A detestable character

This character is released alongside the other Game Of Thrones collections and is exclusive to Gamestop stores. Ramsay is wearing his usual outfit, typical of the northerners of Westeros. We can see a grey tunic and pants worn with simple black boots. On top of that, he wears a thick woolen coat maintained on his shoulders thanks to leather straps that cross on his chest. His outfit is also embellished with black leather gloves and he holds in his right hand his bow with which he likes to hunt animals… but not only! At the level of the head, it is surprising to see that Funko decided to draw him eyelids a little drooping which give him a strange look while the actor is particularly recognizable for his big blue eyes and his intense look. But otherwise, his hair is very well represented and we recognize this character very well.

The psychopathic bastard

Ramsay Bolton is a character from the famous fantasy-medieval series Game Of Thrones adapted from George Martin’s novels: A Song Of Ice And Fire. This story takes place mainly on the continent of Westeros where several great families are fighting for power and the throne. Ramsay Bolton is the bastard son of Lord Roose Bolton. At the end of season 1, the new king Joffrey Baratheon decides to put to death Ned Stark, lord of Winterfell and former hand of the king of Joffrey’s father. The latter had indeed discovered that the king’s children were in fact the fruit of incest between Queen Cersei and her brother Jaime Lannister. This event triggers a war between the great families. Roose Bolton will first ally himself with the Starks and send his bastard son Ramsay to take Winterfell back from Theon Greyjoy after he betrayed the Starks, his adopted family. But when Roose Bolton betrays the Starks and kills Catelyn and her son Robb, we learn that he had every intention of keeping Winterfell for himself. Ramsay Bolton is a particularly detestable character. He is psychopathic, violent and particularly cruel and vicious. After taking Winterfell from Theon Greyjoy, he will make him his slave after breaking him by torturing him.
