Harry and his egg

This new Harry Potter figure is exclusive to GameStop stores. It represents Harry during one of these famous trials of the Goblet of Fire. Harry wears an adapted version of his wizard costume. He wears simple black pants with matching sneakers and the official black and red jersey. Over that, he wears the traditional wizard’s robe but in a shortened version on the bottom and sleeves like the one of his Quidditch outfit. We also find the colors of the house Gryffindor on the collar and on the coat of arms of Hogwarts. At the level of the head, we find as usual his small scar in the shape of lightning and his characteristic small round glasses. We can also notice that as in this movie, his hair is also a little longer than usual. He holds his wizard’s wand in his right hand and finally what characterizes this figurine is the famous golden egg that he manages to steal from a dragon’s guard.

A sense of fashion even in uniform

Like the first figurines of Harry, Ron and Hermione, Luna is represented here with her Hogwarts uniform. She is wearing a black skirt and vest over a white shirt and tie. As always, she wears this with black tights and shoes. Being from the Ravenclaw house (Serdaigle), her tie is blue and white, the Ravenclaw colors. In fifth year, we see less and less students wearing their wizard dress, so Luna is represented without. At the head, we find her very pale skin and her cheeks slightly pink but especially her long platinum blonde hair so characteristic. But Luna has a sense of fashion of her own that she keeps even in uniform. So we find her famous earrings in the shape of radish and the necklace supposed to repel the nargles”.

A simple student

Funko has therefore depicted Tom Riddle in his simple Hogwarts student outfit, not much different from what students wear fifty years later. He wears a gray suit with pants, a jacket, a small sweater and a tie in the colors of Slytherin. Over this, he wears his black wizard’s robe with the Hogwarts crest on his chest. He also holds his wand in his right hand. Finally, at the head level, we find his brown hair styled in the fashion of the time, the only element that really reminds us of what era he comes from.

A terrifying appearance

For this exclusive action figure at the 2018 New York Comic Con, Funko has therefore represented Professor Quirrell. He wears his sober costume with his gray wizard robe acting more as a cape revealing the sleeves of his brown suit. But above all he wears this funny purple turban that is a bit different from the rest of his outfit and that never leaves him. But what makes this figurine so special is that the turban is removable and that underneath, we can see Voldemort’s face with his gray skin, his almost absent nose and the scars on his face.
