Sam Wilson is one of the heroes of the series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier from Marvel Studios. He was a member of the military who worked in particular with a flying armor to perform very dangerous operations. While retired, he became friends with Steve Rogers and found himself embedded with the Avengers. At the end of the movie Avengers Endgame, Steve Rogers having decided to stay in the past with Peggy Carter, gives him his shield so that he becomes the new Captain America. But Sam has trouble accepting this role and at the beginning of the series, he gives it back to the government who gives it to another man. He then finds himself teaming up with Bucky Barnes, Steve Rogers’ best friend with whom he has always had a complicated relationship, to find and stop the flagsmashers”, a group that wants to abolish the borders, as was the case during the five years when half the population disappeared. At the end of the first season, Sam gets the shield back and finally becomes Captain America.
