Joker with kisses (DC Comics Bombshells)

Kisses

On the first famous Bombshell figure of the Joker, he was shown in Harley Quinn’s arms kissing him, leaving lipstick all over his face. So that’s how he’s represented here too. We find his typical blue sailor suit from the 40’s with colorful additions that fit his Joker persona well. In his right hand, he holds his sailor cap and his hands are gloved. At the head level, we recognize his very pale face, his wide smile, his green hair and of course, the kiss marks on his cheeks and forehead.

A Joker in love

The Joker is a character from the DC Comics universe. He is one of the most famous and beloved enemies of the Batman universe, appearing later in other series. The origins of the Joker vary depending on the version, but in the first one, he was an ordinary criminal who was driven mad after falling into a vat of chemicals. This particular figure was inspired by a series of figures created in 2013 where some DC heroines were reimagined as 1940s pin-up versions. The Joker is the only male character in this series as he was depicted as a couple with Harley Quinn. These figures were so popular that they also inspired new comics set in this period.
