Sherlock Holmes (Sherlock)

The Man in the Long Coat

Played by the excellent Benedict Cumberbatch, the character of Sherlock has a particularly recognizable physique and style. Indeed, this one always pays a lot of attention to the clothes he wears, which gives him a rather funny dandy side. He wears, as always, a dark suit perfectly cut: here black pants and a burgundy jacket. We also find many nice details like his black shoes, his gloves or his scarf always worn in the same way. Over it, he wears of course his famous black coat that he likes so much. We just regret that Funko did not represent him with the collar raised as he is used to wear it. On the head, his face is quite simple but it is his characteristic curly haircut that will make him recognizable. In the end, it is a very successful figure that should be matched with others in the series such as John Watson, Mycroft Holmes or the excellent Jim Moriarty.

This series, which currently consists of three seasons of three episodes, is a modern version of the books of the author Arthur Conan Doyle. In this version, the authors have freely based on the stories of the books to make modern versions adapted to current mores and technologies. At the beginning of the series, he is looking for a roommate to share an apartment at 221B Baker Street, London. He is introduced to Dr. John Watson, who is also looking for a roommate since his return from Iraq. In need of action since his return to civilian life, he will quickly get involved in his new friend’s investigations, giving him the benefit of his medical expertise.
