Funko has therefore represented Groot in a teenage version. He stands with his arms crossed in an angry posture. You can see some growths on his legs, arms and torso as well as a very well represented wood texture. On his head, he also has an annoyed expression and on the top of his head, we can see green shoots and moss.

Hard years

Groot is one of the main characters in the Guardians of the Galaxy movies, the movies based on the famous comic books of the Marvel universe. In the first film, he forms a bounty hunter duo with Rocket, a genetically modified raccoon. Groot is a kind of intelligent anthropomorphic tree with the ability to expand his limbs made of tree branches at will. At the end of the first movie, he sacrifices himself to save his friends by surrounding them with his arms. He dies but Rocket recovers several of his shoots and manages to grow another Groot. As a result, in the second film is a child who seems to be reaching adolescence and, for this reason, tends to behave in a somewhat capricious and grumpy way.
