The most famous villain

The Joker is one of the most famous villains of the Batman universe. He is the main villain of the 1989 Batman movie directed by Tim Burton with Michael Keaton in the lead role. The Joker, whose real name is Jack Napier, is the henchman of a mafia boss. At the beginning of the film, Batman confronts him thanks to a tip from his boss who wanted to get revenge because the man had slept with his wife. During the confrontation, the man takes a ricochet of one of his own bullets in the face and falls into a vat of acid. Batman thinks he’s dead, but he actually emerges later with a disfigured white face with green hair and a permanent grin. He has also gone mad and kills his former boss to take over his criminal empire and becomes obsessed with Batman.
